Deductible is applied first on eligible expenses related to each hospitalisation and surgery performed. No, pre-surgery consultations and diagnostic tests are normally done with the pet physically present at a vet clinic for proper examination results. As such, we will not accept pre-surgery consultation done online.
If we are issuing this policy to you for the first time, we will give you a “Free Look” period of 14 business days from the date you receive the policy. If within these 14 days, we will cancel it from its start date and refund in full the premium you have paid so long as no claim has arisen.After the Free Look period, you may cancel your policy at any time by giving 14 days’ written notice to us.Please refer to the policy wordings for the full cancellation terms.
Yes, you can cancel the policy at any time with 14 days' written notice. If no claims have been made, a pro-rated refund for the unused period of insurance may be provided for annual payments. For monthly payments, the cover will continue till the monthly premium has been utilised and we will not provide premium refunds. If you cancel your policy after having made a claim, no premium refunds are payable and the remaining premium for that period of insurance must be paid if it has not already been paid.
